18k Yellow Gold Silver Queen Conch Pearl Jabot Pin
Absolutely stunnig mid-Victorian peroid jabbot pin - a double-ended pin, where the stopper end is also decorated. The exquisite foliate scrollwork is set with antique rose cut and old mine cut diamonds, mounted in silver as was typical of the Victorian era. This pin holds two delicious soft pink conch pearls. These rare pearls are formed by the large Queen Conch shells found in the Carribbean. They differ from other pearls by their shape, flamed pattern, and unique pink colour. This would make a stunning hat pin for an elegant lady, or wear it as Sam likes: as an eye catching lapel pin on a fine tweed jacket.
